Booking and Appointments

Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate our schedule. The full service fee will still apply.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Service Limitations

Our styling advice and recommendations are based on professional expertise and industry knowledge. However, personal style is subjective, and we cannot guarantee that you will be satisfied with every recommendation. We encourage open communication throughout the styling process.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and style guides created for clients, is the property of Drozelonvythreon and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Ensure a safe environment for in-home consultations

Photography and Media

With your consent, we may photograph outfits created during styling sessions for your personal lookbook. We will request separate consent before using any images for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Drozelonvythreon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
