Our Commitment

At Drozelonvythreon, we are committed to your satisfaction with our wardrobe consulting services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have designed our policies to be fair and flexible.

Service Cancellation Policy

Cancellation with Full Refund

You may cancel your scheduled service and receive a full refund if:

• You cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment
• We are unable to accommodate your booking due to unforeseen circumstances

Cancellation with Partial Refund

A 50% refund will be provided if:

• You cancel between 48-72 hours before your scheduled appointment

No Refund

Refunds are not available if:

• You cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment
• You do not show up for your scheduled appointment
• The service has already been completed

Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your wardrobe consulting session, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:

• A follow-up consultation at no additional charge
• Partial service credit for future appointments
• Adjustments to your style guide or recommendations

Package Services

For clients who have purchased service packages:

• Unused sessions within a package may be refunded at 75% of the per-session value
• Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase
• Sessions cannot be transferred to another person

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates for our wardrobe consulting services:

• Are non-refundable
• Are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase
• May be transferred to another person
• Cannot be exchanged for cash

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund:

• Contact us by phone or email as soon as possible
• Provide your booking confirmation number
• State the reason for your cancellation or refund request

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of:

• Medical emergencies (with documentation)
• Severe weather conditions preventing travel
• Other circumstances beyond your control
